The Post-Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) Record of Consultation is now available.
The Post‑TESR Record of Consultation summarizes comments received during the 30‑day TESR public review period (April 29 to May 28, 2026), along with how those comments were considered and addressed by the Ministry of Transportation. While the formal review period has concluded, the TESR remains available for viewing and MTO will continue to accept feedback as the project advances.

Bridges
Bridge Crossings within the project limits include Hanover River Bridge, Kawashkagama River Bridge, Kapikotongwa River, an unnamed tributary, and Colpitt's Creek. Photos of all bridge crossings are below.
Terrier Lake Causeway
The project will evaluate various options to improve flow conditions at Terrier Lake causeway within the project limits.
