The Post-Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) Record of Consultation is now available.
The Post‑TESR Record of Consultation summarizes comments received during the 30‑day TESR public review period (April 29 to May 28, 2026), along with how those comments were considered and addressed by the Ministry of Transportation. While the formal review period has concluded, the TESR remains available for viewing and MTO will continue to accept feedback as the project advances.
Information will be collected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. All comments will be maintained on file for use during the study and, with the exception of personal information, will become part of the public record.
